Privacy policy
Snow Cloud Ink (“we”, “us”) runs snowcloudink.com and the Snow Cloud Ink ASMR channels. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Your email address, if you subscribe. We use it only to send you new paintings and channel news. It is stored by our email service provider, which sends the emails for us and asks you to confirm before you are added.
- Visit counts. We count page views and see, in total, which pages people read and which sites and countries visits come from. We do this without advertising cookies and without following you across other websites.
- Messages you send us. If you write to hello@snowcloudink.com, we keep your message so we can reply.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.
Social platforms and their APIs
We use the official APIs of platforms such as Pinterest, YouTube, X and Reddit only to publish our own posts to our own accounts and to read statistics about those accounts. We do not collect, store or share information about other people who use those platforms.
When you watch our videos or follow us on those platforms, their own privacy policies apply.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep emails you send us for as long as we need them to answer you.
Your choices
- Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.
- You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to hello@snowcloudink.com. We answer within 30 days.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
